Nigerian singer and songwriter Ọlawale Ọlọfọrọ, better known as Brymo, has revealed that he sent his music demo to Universal Music Group in New York, USA when he was 19 years old.

According to the ‘Ara’ crooner, he had big dreams and wanted to be a global household name in the industry at that age.

Brymo, however, got the demo returned to him because foreign music labels do not accept unsolicited packages.

Despite that early-career setback, The singer believes he is closer to attaining his objective at 38 years old, and he would take it as if he had done it when he was 19.

The singer wrote; ”I wanted to be a global household name in music at 19, sent my demo abroad to universal records New York, had package returned, labels don’t accept unsolicited demos..

Well, I am closer now than ever.. when I finally become that at 38, I would have done it at 19 still… lol.”
